1. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing time is separate from delivery time. During unusually busy periods, material delays will be communicated where reasonably possible.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated standard delivery is typically 7–15 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to destination, carrier operations, customs procedures, weather, public holidays, regional restrictions, or other circumstances.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before you place your order. If free shipping or a free-shipping threshold is available, qualifying conditions will be shown on the website or during checkout.

4. Fulfillment & Shipping Origin

Orders may be fulfilled from our own or partner facilities depending on inventory availability and delivery destination. Shipment origin may therefore differ from the registered business address.

5. Tracking

Once an order has shipped, tracking information will be provided where available. Carrier systems may require additional time before the first tracking event appears.

6. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment has begun or after the parcel has been handed to the carrier.

7. Delayed, Lost, or Unusual Tracking

If tracking has not updated for an extended period, your parcel appears lost, or there is another delivery problem, contact service@qelvazu.com with your order number. A “Delivered” scan does not automatically prevent us from reviewing a delivery issue.

8. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Where import duties, taxes, or customs charges apply, the amount and responsibility may depend on the destination and applicable law. Charges known to be collected at checkout will be shown before payment.
